 Usage

1. Heavy metal sludge stabilization chelating agent is recommended before sludge dewatering. Powder can be directly added to the sludge conditioning tank, stir evenly, and then dewatering treatment. This product can be added synchronously with polymer flocculant, but it should be avoided to share with metal flocculant, so as to avoid drug failure.

2. Heavy metal sludge stabilization chelating agent can also be used after sludge dehydration, the agent is added in proportion to the tap water for dissolution, mixed with liquid medicine, and sludge can be evenly mixed. If metal flocculant is used for dehydration, the product must be used after sludge dehydration and the dosage should be increased accordingly.

3. Dosage: The specific dosage should be determined according to the actual concentration of heavy metals in the sludge. The recommended dosage should be 10~50 times of the concentration of heavy metal ions. If a variety of heavy metal ions exist, the amount of input should be calculated separately, and the sum is the actual amount required.

4. Technical personnel of the relevant equipment company shall be consulted for the stabilization treatment system, equipment and control process of sludge.

Packing specification and storage

1. Heavy metal sludge stable chelating agent for liquid, provide 25 KG, 1000 KG barrels.

2. It should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. The recommended time limit is 24 months.

3. Keep away from fire and heat, and keep away from acid and strong oxidant.
